Design of Lean Assembly Line in Selected Company
Fischer, Petr ; MIndl, Karel (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design of a new lean assembly line in selected company, Slovácké strojírny, a. s., plant 9 in Zábřeh. In the analytical part the bachelor thesis focuses on current state analysis, describes functioning in the company and the product concerned. The theoretical part contains tools of lean manufacturing, which could make the process more effective, especially the material and information flows and other management tools designed for this type of improvement. In the practical part this thesis is presenting a proposal of a new assembly line.
Poka Yoke system for production oversee of CVS
Brňák, Jan ; Havlíková, Marie (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This document discusses the various types of production which have been developed to reduce the quota complaint. In particular, it focuses on the method POKA-YOKE and FMEA. Theoretical part analyses individual methods and their use in production. All mentioned methods have been developed and applied to the observation of the production line of high body CVS in the company IMI International, s.r.o. The bachelor work includes all errors that occur during manufacture, then discusses the introduction of measures that lead to the elimination of defects created. The proposed measures are approved and applied in the company IMI International s.r.o.
Control of headlight assembly line
Sikora, Martin ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of the reflector assembly line. The document contains the analysis of the customer requirements sheet. In short there is written how to put the parts of the reflector together. The Poka-Yoke method is properly described in this work too. This method is used to design of the actions, which are trying to decrease the risk level of wrong reflector composition as low as it is possible. FMEA and PFMEA methods are explained in theory. There is the plan how to make the analysis too. The instrumentation of one part of the line is designed according to this analysis and according to the customer requirements. The OEE pointer is used to test the right effect of the Poka-Yoke method. The next aim of this thesis is to compare chosen PLCs for control of the assembly line and to choose one of them. On the base of the analysis there is designed the control program in the flowcharts form. One part of this thesis is focused on design of the visualization for the chosen operational panel.
Identification and elimination of errors in the production of bearings
Martinovský, Peter ; Koška, Petr (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
MARTINOVSKÝ Peter: Identification and elimination of errors in the productions of bearings Diploma thesis elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch by means of identifying and eliminating errors in the production process of the clutch bearings using FMEA and Poka – Yoke. With the contribution of these methods are identified and eliminated the five most serious errors, which value of RPN exceeded a limits demanded by customers.
The proposal of lean production implementation in a industrial enterprise
Kalouda, Petr ; Dostál, Dušan (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
Tendency of this diploma thesis is to find cost of economies through the device of lean production. On the basis of more than fourmonth monitoring and classification was specificated the problem, which is solved by implementation devices of lean production. Thanks these devices would be cut the bussines costs and salary and helps to do One piece flow too.
Identification and assessment of errors in the production line and their prevention
Langer, David ; Vintr, Michal (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
The manufacturing companies are faced to the strong pressure to decrease the production costs. They are therefore forced to optimize the manufacturing processes and to increase their efficiency. The ideal way to increase the productivity is to optimize the manufacture by increasing the efficacy of the equipment, material, working hours and other sources of finding out causes of wasting in production, it means to abolish the causes of making mistakes.
Design of Lean Production and itsI Implementation in Terms of Production Operations
Kovaříková, Simona ; Tesař, Rostislav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on design of lean production and its implementation in terms of pruduction operations. The theoretical part contains knowledge related to the issue. The next part presents chosen manufacturing company, which focuses on production of parts for automotive industry. Next part is devoted to the necessary analyses of production lines and identification of its bottlenecks. Lastly, there are listed practical solutions for the implementation of selected tools of lean production.
Methods for analysis of causes and consequences of components failures in assembly process
Nejeschleba, Martin ; Fiala, Alois (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis concerns issues of quality management analyses and their use in assembly process. Specifically Ishikawa diagram, 8D report, 5 Why, Poka-Yoke and different types of FMEA analyses are described there. Process FMEA analysis is described in details, because this analysis is used in practical part of the thesis. Practical part describes searching and evaluating all possible failures and their effects, which could appear in assembly process of mechanical belt tensioner.
Modification of assembly line for production of electromagnetically controlled pneumatic valves
Palacka, Martin ; Ripel, Tomáš (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with proposal of assembly line modification for production of electromagnetically controlled pneumatic valves. The beginning of this thesis is dedicated to the theoretical study the most common Poka-Yoke systems, which are used for mistake avoiding in assembly process. There is described analytical analysis FMEA, which is used for detection of weak place in process. The next chapter is focused on description of valves manufactured on this assembly line. Main part of thesis is dedicated to proposal for process modification and design solution with choosing of appropriate sensors for some operations. There are created documents as a flow-chart for control algorithm, FMEA and process flow-chart for proposal according to automotive standard and estimated budget with counted payback period for whole project in last part.
Rationalization of assembly tools
Straka, Jiří ; Ondra, Josef (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This bachelors thesis optimises arrangement of assembly tools in workplaces of the production line by using lean manufacturing methods. The purpose of the thesis was reached by waste analysis and implementation of the 5S method. Rationalization improved ergonomics of workplaces and saved more than 250 hours per year. In summary, it means undoubtedly good improvement in both productivity and costs reduction. Next steps will focus on purchasing of professional cordless automatic screwdrivers.
